turned
seven on Tuesday.

polarizing pop-cultural phenomenon?
The
end of civilization as we know it?A loving picture of a joyous redneck family?
A freak show?
Or is it child abuse? Honey Dew and Red Bull! She’s going to O.D.
on caffeine. Also sugar.
When I first saw the picture above, I thought—how cute—they made a Honey Boo Boo doll. Wrong, that is a picture of the flesh-and-blood Alana Thompson (aka Honey Boo Boo.)
