A
lunge
works
your thighs
all
the way around.
Works
all
your
major muscle groups
in
your upper legs.
Works
your glutes
works
your quadriceps,
adductor
muscles,
hamstrings;
sculpting
your legs.
Lunges may or may not give you “sculpted”
legs, but I can tell you this based on my own experience, it will hurt. It will hurt a little when you do them, and
then a whole lot the next day, and the day after, and the day after that. But
only the first time, after that the pain will be minimal.
