Cherry Lips. Peachy Skin.

Please don’t take this wrong.
You look absolutely fine the way
you are. It is just that …
you might look even better.

Buckle down and try to eat better.
Scarf down a few extra
fruits and vegetables
to up attractiveness.

The same pigments that give
fruits and vegetables
their color—carotenoids—
can give your skin color.

To look healthier,
to look more attractive,
eat more servings a day
of fruits and vegetables.

It takes about nine one-half cup servings a day of fruits and vegetables to produce healthier, more attractive looking skin.
