It's called the "Urban Chicken Pilot Program", part of a trend for sustainable living. It starts with gardening and composting. I garden and compost, but I think I'll draw the line there. No chickens.
However, when I lived in Virgin Gorda many years ago, I worked at The Lord Nelson Inn. The inn had a backyard chicken coop. Chickens are fascinating to watch.
